SCAFFOLDER

  The work can be physically demanding.  The scaffold around the form-work and shuttering that holds setting concrete.  The higher levels of buildings and   Scaffolding that allows workers to reach.


Responsibilities

• Taking down the scaffolding after a job is finished.

Notification, inspections and registers

A scaffold register must be maintained on site showing who has inspected the scaffold. The Associated with Scaffolding form appendixed in the last section of this document.

Scaffold register:

1. When complete the inspection records should show:

• Project name, address or other identification.
•  Similar must be kept on site and be available for inspection.

   2.When complete the inspection records should show:

• A record of each inspection carried out.
• The location of the scaffold with respect to site coordinates or the location at the building.

• Final inspection of the scaffold prior to initial occupation for use.

• Pre planning of the scaffold including weight limitations.
