Mango Rice

Ingredients:
1 cup grain rice
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups raw mango
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon rai
2 cups water
2 tablespoons peanuts
1 tablespoon adrak
2 green chili
1 teaspoon turmeric, haldi
2 tablespoons chana
1 teaspoon red chili powder
salt
10 curry leaves
1/4 cup coconut
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
METHOD :
1 The rice in about 3 cups of water for at least 15 minutes.
2. Cook the rice with 2 cup water add the salt, and oil
3.Cooked rice expands to about 4 times.then add the green chili, curry leaves, and ginger, coconut, mango, sugar, salt, turmeric, and red chili and mix it.
4. Then turn off the heat and need the lemon juice.

SIZZLING PALAK PANEER RECIPE
Ingredient

method

- 5 - Garlic flakes
- 1 Ginger piece
- 1 cup - Milk
- 250 gms - Paneer
- 2 Onions
- 2 -Green chillie
- 2 tablespoon -oil
- Salt
- 2 - Palak
method
- Heat oil at medium temperature and fry the paneer pieces.
- add them to milk, chopped palak,onions,garlic, ginger and green chillies then fry the all Ingredients.
- the palak is sufficiently cooked.
- Add the paneer pieces to the palak.
- serve the palak paneer.

Turi Bhaji Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 800 gms Turi
- 2 Onions
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 teaspoon Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- 2-3 Green Chillies
- Oil
Method :
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add chopped onionsand green chillies. and fry it.
- Add chopped turi,turmeric powder and salt. on low flame.
- Now add chopped tomatoes.
- Mix well and serve hot.
