Mango Rice



Ingredients:
1 cup  grain rice
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups raw mango
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon  rai
2 cups water
2 tablespoons peanuts
1 tablespoon adrak
2 green chili
1 teaspoon turmeric, haldi
2 tablespoons  chana
1  teaspoon red chili powder
 salt
10 curry leaves
1/4 cup coconut
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
         
METHOD :

1 The rice in about 3 cups of water for at least 15 minutes.
2. Cook the rice with 2 cup water add the  salt, and oil
3.Cooked rice expands to about 4 times.then add the green chili, curry leaves, and ginger, coconut, mango, sugar, salt, turmeric, and red chili  and mix it.
4. Then turn off the heat and need the lemon juice.
