Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 800 gms Turi
- 2 Onions
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 teaspoon Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- 2-3 Green Chillies
- Oil
Method :
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add chopped onionsand green chillies. and fry it.
- Add chopped turi,turmeric powder and salt. on low flame.
- Now add chopped tomatoes.
- Mix well and serve hot.
