Ingredients:
2 tbsp cashe
18 to 20 cashews- soaked
4 tomatoes
1 green chili/hari mirch, slit
1 inch adrak
3-4 lahsun
1 inch adrak
1indian bay leaf
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp oil
1 or 2 tbsp butter
1.5 cups water
250 gms paneer
METHOD
1.Heat oil and butter in a pan. add bay leaf.
2.Add ginger-garlic paste,add the tomato puree,stir, add red chili powder,add cashe paste,add water ,add julienned ginger and green chilies, salt , sugar and simmer till the curry begins to thicken.
3.Add the paneer cubes and cook them for 2 to 3 minutes till they become soft.
4.Don't cook for a long time as the paneer will become dense.
