RACIPES OF PANEER PARATHA

a) 1cup flour                    
b) 1 teaspoon salt
c) 1 teaspoon oil
d) 1 cup water

paneer filling.

a) paneer
b) onion
c) 1teaspoon garam masala
d) 1 cup green chilli



method

1. mix the salt , flour and oil.
2.a little water
3. Cover the flour with a towel.      
4. let it rest for a 15 mints.
5. keep a small bowl  of  flour.
6. divided the flour in to the  equal 6 boll parts.
7. take a one piece ahe and dip the flour.
8.take the cirle shape of that flour piece.
9.Place 2 tablespoons of the paneer filling in the center.
10. top to seel the paratha.
11. dip the flour and roll it using the rolling pin.
12. then heat the tava.
13. place the paratha  on the tava.
14.after that cooked the paratha on both sides then apply oil on the paratha.
15. Atlast serve the paratha.
