Soya kabab:
Potatoes boiled 2 large
Oil
Ginger 1
Green chillies 3
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
amchur 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
anardana 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Cornflour 2 teaspoons
Chaat masala for sprink
Fresh mint sprig for garnishing
Method
1.) Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan. mix ginger and sauté for half a minute. Add green chillies and heat for 1-2 minutes.
2.) Add soya and mix well. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder, black pepper powder, anardana and salt and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
3. )Add potatoes, chana , garam masala powder and cornflour and mix well.
4.) Divide into equal parts and shape in to balls and further into tikkis.
5. Heat oil in a pan.Then Place the tikkis in it and cook, flipping sides, till evenly crisp. Drain the tikkis on paper and sprinkle the chaat masala on them.
6.Transfer onto a serving plate, garnish with a mint sprig and serve hot.
