Tomato & chickpea curry


                                                                             

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 400ml can coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 400g can plum tomatoes
  • 400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • quartered
  • ½ small pack coriander, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil  
  • 2 onions
                                         


Method


  • Heat the oil in a large pan and add the onions.Add the garlic and spices, and stir to combine.
  • Pour in the coconut milk and season. 
  • Tip in the chickpeas and the tomatoes, and warm through.
  • serve the Tomato & chickpea curry.

How to clean stainless steel cookware


                                

Crispy Aloo Pakoras


                                                               

Ingredients:

2 cups potatoes 
1/2 cup besan
2 tablespoons flour   
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 tablespoon coriander seed crushed
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon mango powder
1 tablespoon fennel seeds crushed            
1/8 teaspoon asafetida
1-1/2 teaspoons red chili flakes
1 tablespoon ginger finely chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
                                        

Method:

1. The potatoes  cut them in very small cubes.
2.Mix all the ingredients together except salt and potatoes,spice mix and salt and mix it well.
3.Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium high heat.
4.Put one piece of potato in the oil. The potato should raise to the top but not change color right away.
5.While putting the potatoes into oil, loosen them with your fingers to make sure the potatoes are separated 
6.When they are done cooking, take them out of the oil with a slotted spoon. Place them on a paper towel to absorb the extra oil.

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1  ginger
  • 1 green chili
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dhania powder
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 2 tablespoon dhania patta
  • salt 
  • 250 grams bhindi
Method


  • First rinse 250 grams bhindi in water. 
  • Then chop them in 1 to 1.5 cm roundels. keep aside in a shallow kadai or pan, heat mix the 2 tablespoon oil, onion,ginger and green chili.
  • Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, spice powders and coriander powder.
  • Then add the chopped bhindi.
  • Add salt as per taste.
  • Cover the pan with a lid and cook the bhindi on a low flame. After every 3 to 4 minutes, do check the bhindi are uniformly cooked.
  • Serve bhindi stir fry hot.

Ingredients

Gooseberry - 1 cup
Cilantro - 2 springs
Turmeric powder
Salt
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Urad Dal - 1 teaspoon
Channa Dal - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1" piece
Red chillies - 2
Green Chillies - 2
Curry leaves
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Rice - 1 cup


Method

1. Cook the rice, fluff it up with a fork and let it cool. You can also use leftover rice for this.
2. Heat oil in a pan a mustard seeds, urad dal and channa dal.
3. Add the chopped ginger, red  and green chillie and curry leaves.
4. Add the  gooseberry, turmeric powder and salt.
5. Mix in the cooked rice. Toss everything together.
6. Garnish with Cilantro.
7.Let it rest for few minutes before serving for the flavours to be absorbed by the rice.

Stainless steel is  a number of different steels used primarily because of their corrosion resistance. Stainless steel element. The oxygen in the air  that is invisible but strong enough to prevent further oxygen from staining the surface.

JEERA RICE

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons Ghee 
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin seeds 
  • Salt 
  • Black pepper corns
  • 2 cups rice 

Method
  • Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan. Add the cumin seeds, pepper corns.
  • When the cumin seeds begin to turn color, add rice , salt over it.
  • The heat on medium and  the rice gently till all of it gets coated with ghee and cumin tempering take it off the fire and serve with any curry.

Punjabi Aloo Amritsari Recipe

Ingredients:
250 gms potato
2 Onions
2 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon Ajwain
Salt
1/2 cup Besan
1 teaspoon Red  powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
1/2 teaspoon Annardana Powder
Oil For frying
Handful Corainder leaves

Preparation:

a) Cut aloo into long pieces.
b) Mix all ingredients besan, salt, ginger-garlic paste, ajwain seeds adding water and  add 1 teaspoon of oil mix well.
c) Marinate potato pieces for 15 minutes.
d) Heat oil and deep fry the potato .
e) Heat 2 teaspoon of oil, add onions and saute till brown. and mix the salt, turmeric powder, red  powder, annardana powder, garam masala
f)Add the potato. Simmer the flame and cook for another 5- 6 minutes.
g) serve punjabi aloo amritsari hot with paratha.

Types of Scaffolding

There are many different types of scaffolding that you can consider for the project. Following are the different types of scaffoldingas below :

A)Independent or Birdcage Scaffold:
This type of scaffold has two or more rows of vertical poles, also known as standards that are connected using horizontal pieces. The purpose of this type of scaffold is to be used on a single level, such as a ceiling.

B)Single Pole Scaffold:
Single pole Scaffold contains only a single row of poles, and it happens to be completely dependent on the structure it is being placed against to gain the support that it needs.

C)Suspended Scaffold:Suspended scaffold can be raised with a suspended platform. This type of scaffold is used for window washing, window replacement and other similar purposes.

D)Cantilever Scaffold:Cantilever scaffold is attached at one end or supported at one end only.There are obviously numerous types of scaffolding to choose as well. Choosing the appropriate scaffold for your project is vitally important to your success.

mushroom cutlet recipe | mushroom patties | veg mushroom cutlet

Ingredients

2 potatoes            
 2 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
2.25  white button mushrooms
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder/haldi
½ teaspoon red lal mirch powder
½ teaspoon jeera powder
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoon besan
1 tablespoon parsley
salt
1  tablespoon sooji
3 tablespoon oil
1 small onion

Method 

1. Firstly  steam 2 medium to large potatoes  you can cook potatoes in a pan .
2. Drain the water.
3. When the potatoes are cooking.
4. Now heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
5. Stir and saute the onions for two minutes .                                  
6. Then add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste                                       .
7. Add the chopped mushrooms.
8. On a medium flame saute the mushrooms.
9. Lower the flame and then add ¼ teaspoon turmeric
 powder, ½ teaspoon red chilli powder, ½ teaspoon.
10. Mix the spices with the mushrooms.
11. Season with salt as per taste.
12.  Add 2 tablespoon besan or gram flour.
13. Mix the besan.
14.Then add 1 to 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves or parsley.
15. Now add this mushroom mixture.
16. Mix everything very well.
17. Take 1 tablespoon  rava or sooji.
18. Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a tawa or a frying pan.
19. Flip once or twice to get a even colored golden crust and for even cooking.
20. Serve mushroom cutlet.

2.Soak and set aside for 5 to 10 mins.
3.Make a bolls .
4.Flour the rolling area .
5.Heat a tawa till smoky hot.
6.TO transfer the paratha.
7.Flip the parata to the other side and repeat
 the process till it is fully done.

Ingredients
                             

2 cups red lentils
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons curry paste
2 tablespoon curry powder
2 teaspoon  turmeric
2 teaspoon  cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1   tomato puree
1 large onion

Directions
Add all ingredients to list
1.Wash the lentils in cold water.
2.Put lentils in a pot with enough water to cover; bring to a boil.
3.Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat cook  in hot oil until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
4.Mix in the curry paste,curry powder,  turmeric,cumin ,  chili powder,and ginger together in a large bowl.
5.Stir in the tomato puree, remove from heat and stir into the lentils.

Difference between Formwork and Scaffolding

The Formwork and scaffolding are used in the construction industry.  When construction teams need to  hold it in place until  to the desired shape, they use formwork. It can be defined as permanent or temporary casings. Scaffolding difference  from formwork significantly, they are used the  temporary structures in working platforms to support people during construction, maintenance, or repair work .

ingredients                                                    

a) 2.5 cups  flour
b)1 or 2 tsp oil
c)salt
d)1/2 tablespoon of sugar
e)1 cup water

Method 

1.)Mix the salt with the flour and add the oil and  water.
2.)Knead into a smooth dough. add some more water if required.
3.)Keep the dough covered for 15-20 minutes.
4.)Take a medium sized ball from the dough.
5.) Roll the ball to a small
6.)Sprinkle sugar all over the rolled dough.
7.)Roll again on a dusted flour to approx 5-6 inches in diameter circle.
8.)Cook on a tava with oil or ghee until both the sides of the paratha
