Ingredients:
250 gms potato
2 Onions
2 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon Ajwain
Salt
1/2 cup Besan
1 teaspoon Red powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
1/2 teaspoon Annardana Powder
Oil For frying
Handful Corainder leaves
Preparation:
a) Cut aloo into long pieces.
b) Mix all ingredients besan, salt, ginger-garlic paste, ajwain seeds adding water and add 1 teaspoon of oil mix well.
c) Marinate potato pieces for 15 minutes.
d) Heat oil and deep fry the potato .
e) Heat 2 teaspoon of oil, add onions and saute till brown. and mix the salt, turmeric powder, red powder, annardana powder, garam masala
f)Add the potato. Simmer the flame and cook for another 5- 6 minutes.
g) serve punjabi aloo amritsari hot with paratha.
