Ingredients
1 tablespoon coriandermethi
¼ teaspoon ajwain
Green chili
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon oil
Salt
1 cup potato
¾ cup flour
Method
1.Mix all the ingredients except oil thoroughly.
2.Soak and set aside for 5 to 10 mins.
3.Make a bolls .
4.Flour the rolling area .
5.Heat a tawa till smoky hot.
6.TO transfer the paratha.
7.Flip the parata to the other side and repeat
the process till it is fully done.
8.Stack aloo methi paratha.
