Red Lentil Curry

Ingredients
                             

2 cups red lentils
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons curry paste
2 tablespoon curry powder
2 teaspoon  turmeric
2 teaspoon  cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1   tomato puree
1 large onion

Directions
Add all ingredients to list
1.Wash the lentils in cold water.
2.Put lentils in a pot with enough water to cover; bring to a boil.
3.Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat cook  in hot oil until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
4.Mix in the curry paste,curry powder,  turmeric,cumin ,  chili powder,and ginger together in a large bowl.
5.Stir in the tomato puree, remove from heat and stir into the lentils.
