Ingredients
2 potatoes
2 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
2.25 white button mushrooms
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder/haldi
½ teaspoon red lal mirch powder
½ teaspoon jeera powder
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoon besan
1 tablespoon parsley
salt
1 tablespoon sooji
3 tablespoon oil
1 small onion
Method
1. Firstly steam 2 medium to large potatoes you can cook potatoes in a pan .
2. Drain the water.
3. When the potatoes are cooking.
4. Now heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
5. Stir and saute the onions for two minutes .
6. Then add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste .
7. Add the chopped mushrooms.
8. On a medium flame saute the mushrooms.
9. Lower the flame and then add ¼ teaspoon turmeric
powder, ½ teaspoon red chilli powder, ½ teaspoon.
10. Mix the spices with the mushrooms.
11. Season with salt as per taste.
12. Add 2 tablespoon besan or gram flour.
13. Mix the besan.
14.Then add 1 to 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves or parsley.
15. Now add this mushroom mixture.
16. Mix everything very well.
17. Take 1 tablespoon rava or sooji.
18. Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a tawa or a frying pan.
19. Flip once or twice to get a even colored golden crust and for even cooking.
20. Serve mushroom cutlet.
